Type A Services
We provide Trust-EnhanserR 4 in 1 services for these enterprises (abbreviated as WFOE) in China. We undertake four functions including Accounting & Tax, Finance & Payroll Compliance, and Cloud System Provision. WFOE stands for Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises.
We will act as your in-house accountant using web-platform system to create a collaborative working environment. Evershine staff don’t need to sit in your office but act as your accountants.
No need for you to fill your Accounting, Finance, Payroll and IT Departments in your WFOE in China. Fraud-proof, Seamless collaboration, Hassle-free are some of our service features.
Your company’s CFO or any assignee can approve payment request/s and do the money transfer through online banking anytime, anywhere!
As Evershine’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), we issue monthly reports within seven (7) days in compliance with IFRS.

BPO Business Development History
Since June 2005, Evershine CPAs Firm has provided accounting services to WFOEs (Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises) in Xiamen Area and China whose parent companies come from USA, Canada. In order to provide the outsourcing services, we gradually designed a web-platform, for our clients use (free of charge) which allows client staff in the parent company to join the daily documentary approval process. We also started cooperating with Taiwan-based or Asian-based banks to provide their web-banking authorization system which allows staff in the parent company to execute the approval process before transferring daily payments.
And from 2007, we started the provision of these 4 in 1 services to overseas operation base in China, Tokyo, California whose parent companies come from Taiwan. In December 2008, we spun off our Accounting BPO business unit to be an independent company named Evershine BPO Service Corp.
By March 2013, our clients reached more than 120 and users of our web-platform peaked at 1300. These WFOE clients have parent companies located in Xiamen Area, USA, Canada, Singapore, HK, South Korea, Japan, Scotland, Brazil, Germany, Scotland, Italy, France etc.
